Major infrastructure problems for Swedish customers Monday 3rd June 2019 09:44:00

We currently have an ongoing incident. Investigation have started and more information to come.

All systems are operational.

Most services are now up and running and should work as normal but we still have som performance issues and work is continues.

Unfortunately previous incident was not completely resolved and we are still experiencing some problems in our infrastructure. The problem is intermittent and is affecting most of our Swedish customers. More information will follow.

Communication is now restored and systems are back in normal operation.

We are still investigating. Onsite personnel is examining the communication failure. More information to come.

We are still investigating the ongoing issue, which has been found to concern network connectivity with our datacenter. More information to come.
